Home health aides assist with personal care as part of an established home health care plan, under clinical supervision.

Assistance may include

Bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Toileting and personal hygiene.
Transfers and movement as directed by the care team.
Reporting changes or concerns to the supervising clinician.

Visits and tasks depend on the patient’s needs and care plan. This service does not provide continuous caregiving or general housekeeping.
